How can I cancel or delete my account?

You can cancel your CentralPlanner account at any time if you have created it and are the owner of the account.

First go to the Account settings via the cogwheel at the top rightThere you will find Delete account at the bottom left.

This will end all future payment obligations to us, unless you are still in our free trial phase anyway. You will not have to pay for another day from the day your account is deleted.

To back up your data, you have the option to export your contact details before canceling. To do this, go to your account settings and select Export all contacts to Excel.
