How does the enhanced utilization planning of the Professional package work?

Our Professional package is a special help for businesses with very high capacity utilization. The daily overview already shows you which tables or seat types (2, 4, 6, etc.) are still available in which room. This allows you to see at a glance whether the desired booking is possible for the guest on the phone or not.

What are those dots next to the times of the day for?

  • If you still have a table for 2 available, the time is followed by a 2 in the color of the corresponding room.

  • If you still have a table for 4 available, the time will be followed by a 4 in the color of your room and so on

  • as soon as the last table of a group (2, 4, 6 etc.) is assigned, the numbers for the times of occupancy also disappear

  • the numbers are highlighted with colors corresponding to the rooms set up. So if you have three rooms and tables for 2 are set up in each of them, you can see the number 2 a maximum of 3 times in the three different room colors. We therefore do not show each individual table, but only the table type.

You can see an example in the following screenshot.

The only available table for 8 (in the example, table 36 on the conservatory) is reserved at 3 pm. As the average occupancy time in our case is set at 90 minutes, no table for 8 will be bookable on the terrace until 4:15 pm. Therefore, no free table for 8 is displayed until 16:15. A booking at 14:00 would therefore no longer fit, as the table is scheduled for 15:00.

The situation is different for tables of 5 - there are two of these in the conservatory. Although one of the two tables for 5 is occupied at 4 pm, a free table for 5 is shown at any time. A reservation for 5 people can therefore still be booked.

Based on the numbers (available describes table size), you can quickly recognize the times at which you can accommodate a certain number of guests. Only if you have free capacity do you need to start the booking process and record the guest's details. This saves you and the guest a lot of time when searching for a possible date.
