You can use tags to organize your contacts into groups. These can be tags such as “regular guest”, “vegetarian” or “Christmas party 2025”. Some tags (e.g. for an import) are also created automatically.
To assign a tag to a contact, go to Contacts, select the relevant contact and click on Edit contact. You can either enter a new tag here under "Add a new tag" or select one from the existing ones in the list underneath.
If you would like to filter your contacts by a certain tag, click on the relevant tag in the contact list so only contacts with that tag will be shown.
You can also export the filtered list to Excel.
