Email notification in case of cancellation

You can decide whether you would like to be informed by email about booking cancellations.

To be precise, this means that you will receive an email twice a day detailing the cancelations. You can make the settings for this yourself in your CentralPlanner account.

To do this, select My data under the gear wheel at the top right.

In the “Email notifications” section, you can decide whether you would like to receive cancellation notifications via email.

image.pngIf you select the lower option, an email will be sent out in the morning and in the afternoon (if there were any cancellations at all). They will look like the one shown here:

Stornierung-Email.pngOf course, you can also deactivate the emails in the same spot if you no longer want them.
