Initially to facilitate the additional COVID requirements for recording the data of all guests, we have expanded the online reservation form. For each form, it is now possible to set that data on the guests is requested in addition to the person making the reservation. It's possible to request the telephone numbers or addresses of the accompanying guests in addition to their names.
To make these settings, go to the Account settings (gear wheel top right) and select Create or update online forms. Then select edit form.
At the bottom of the page you will the paragraph "Data collection of the accompanying guests".
Activate the desired data that you would like to request for each additional guest and the online form will immediately ask for it. For example, if the guest chooses to make a reservation for four people, they will be asked for the corresponding details for three additional guests.
You will then simply find the data stored for the other guests in the notes field for the booking. If you export the daily bookings, the data will also be included.
