Combining tables is part of everyday life in the catering industry, so CentralPlanner can also handle this. If you have a table that you can divide, create the smallest option as a table. Let's assume your table 6 has space for 6 guests, but can also be used individually for 3 pairs of 2. Then simply create three tables with 2 seats each, e.g. “T6 A”, “T6 B” and “T6 C”.
When entering a booking, you can then simply click on the two or more tables to use them for the reservation, as shown here:
All table combinations recognized by CentralPlanner can be displayed in the account settings. To do this, go to Account settings, select Manage rooms & tables and go to manage tables behind the desired room. You can then edit the table combinations under Change table combinations.
